30x30m, fits on a 1024 sqm lot - 27 LI
45x45m, fits on a 4096 sqm lot - 32 LI
Can also be downsized to fit a smaller lot, or can be sized larger.
And if your land is big enough, you can even create a massive forest by placing two forests opposite each other!
