Nice items...but
If you are going to place these on your land, make sure you have the LI to support it. Land impact is very high (a shield is 104 LI).
The quality is definitely there, but wish it were a little lower on the impact as that's a pretty steep curve for aesthetics. They ARE unscripted, which is nice with a mod/copy/no transfer option to put my own stuff in there.
