This sorority style mini house measures 16x16 and has a land impact of 78. The land impact can be reduced by the advanced builder. The inside walls are shaded plain pink but are ready to be re-shaded or can be easily textured.

This building would be ideal as a shop or apartment because the square shape and lack of side windows allows it to tuck neatly away between other buildings.

I have included the picket fence since it went well with the build.
