Tail broken, weird?: You have a different tail AO or tail deformer on! Detach everything and reset your skeleton (or go through your attachments). Also it scales with your height, I plan on fixing this when I remake the tail entirely; this one is just a premade I retextured and rescripted!

I used your alpha but it didn't cover my entire body?: This is a BoM alpha, it just hides your eyes and hair. Once you use the Neck and enable BoM on your body, your body is alphad automatically.
