*Updated* 1.1, comes with HSL color picker hud to let you be able to let you recolor the handle. Hud attaches to center, full perms as found here on xstreet, script in item is full perms, so you can change the channel the scripts operate on. I had DOH! moment recently when I realized the perms did not allow for changing these items color. Original also included not scripted.
