NEW - I have added four colors of the buildings with shops underneath with LONG RANGE LODs. These are for folks that need the buildings to be seen across a sim and beyond and those that may have a lot of visitors using older and not powerful computers.
These are 15 land impact WITHOUT the fire escapes. You could certainly take a fire escape off and link it to one of the high LOD buildings if you choose.
There are currently no models of these rezzed but I am happy to do that for you if you haven't seen them inworld somewhere.
All mesh except for the floor, the buildings without fire escapes are 3 land impact. With fire escapes - 15 land impact.
Anyone who has purchased these in the past you can do a redelivery yourself now (woot).
Designed for easy modding, most surfaces take regular textures. The fire escape and the roof and trim have ambient maps. Ambient maps for the fire escape are included in the pack.
There are six versions of the build, two with fire escapes and two without the shops underneath (really filler buildings). While designed to enhance the city feel of your area, they could also serve as rental or sales areas.
The fire escape is one piece (cannot me unlinked except from the building). Sizes can be adjusted by stretching; texture parameters will likely need adjustment on the building in that case. There is a low shine specular map on the fire escape. Change to none in the texture pane of the build menu if you want a flat surface.
The fire escape is basically phantom and NOT for use in role play, just for aesthetics

not what i was expecting
these really weren't what i was expecting, however, i gave it three stars because it's my fault i didn't go to see the actual models, i believe there was an area at the store where you could view the actual build. to me they are very dark and it seems that on sl everybody make filler buildings grungy or urban in style. i will keep them though as they are not bad, but just not what i was looking for.
