This fir-tree is designed and optimized specially for using in Second Life and has three different variants with different LOD quality and land impact.
Version 1.1 updates:
- added versions without ground shading
- added fullperm textures (Diffuse/AO/Shading)

Realistic and well crafted
These are the most beautiful fir trees in SL, hands down. I think I first saw them used at Collabor88 as a prop, and I was so impressed I had to get them. Just awesome.

Only thing I wish I could change about these are an optional version without the shadow prim as it can sometimes get in the way of terraformed land and interfere with other alpha prims near the tree.

Not that this fir needs any more 5 stars, but I have to say that it's a wonderful product. Realistic, gives you a lot of sizes, 3 colour options AND modify options so you can adjust it to your needs.
Fantastic set!
I am somewhat of a landscaping collector. I don't know how it happened, but I think we've changed sim themes so many times I started to have ALL THE LANDSCAPING stuff. These are by far my favorite firs, and they are shockingly affordable. Trees can be ridiculously expensive for a single copy, yet these are mod, and come with a few variations. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement would be to include a snowy version, but that will not detract from the 5 star rating whatsoever. Well made product, and would buy again! (And I think one of the people I live with already owns these, so I suppose we have gotten them again.)
