Dragon familiars are modify and copyable. You can easily re-size them to fit larger avatars, re-shape their features to suit your tastes, and add accessories. The scripts inside familiars are no mod.

I love my dragon---she gets compliments wherever she goes, and the interactive HUD is awesome.The details are fantastic; the pic does not do the design justice.
One of the few purchases I made as a newb but have no regrets over---I don't get to bring her out as often as I like, but when I do, I enjoy her as much as the day I got 'er.
I'm also quite impressed with the other versions, and have bought them as gifts for friends.
He's very cute and a lot of fun ..always draws comments... i carry around marshmallows now and have my own personal marshmallow toaster! hehe

I love her. The cutest pet I ever owned, and least fuss too. Ever since Anne McCafferty introduced me to fire lizards, I have coveted one. Now courtesy of Second Life and the Fire Dragon Familiar, I own one. The fact that she doesn't need a sandbox, feeding and never presents inconvenient demands for attention make her more attractive than any mythical real world monster. The fact hat she can color coordinate with my wardrobe means she will be seen by a lot of people.
I really look forward to later versions, which will hopefully do things like fly, kiss, play and wriggle around. This is not a complaint, it is an expectation raised by the very high quality of this revision. If it were possible to award more than 5 stars, I would.
