A 75 year old ship. I have younger grandparents.
Minimalist footprint of prims and script resources. Maximum flexibility thru rezzers and owner modification ability. Copy Mod except for a certain scripts. Reshape, retexture, move, add, etc. This is a barebones template with some flexibility built in for you to express your individual vision.

Flies like a leaf on the wind. Like Mal, I also am not sure what that exactly means, but she flies very smoothly with camera offset so that I can land accurately barring pilot error. Low lag scripts, physical flight and low prims help it to outfly most of the high prim non-physical ships loaded up with high resource lag inducing scripts and extra prims that you don't need during flight. You ill especially appreciate the low lag scripts and prim crossing sim boundaries.
The flight script if full perm, so you can mod it to suit your vision for a leaf on the wind (whatever that means.). The default is customized for my flight and landing/docking needs.

Light-Bulk version is 21 prims, so room to add some prims of your own design. The original design was for minimum prim and scripts, everything else not seen or used in flight goes in the rezzer.
Midbulk version is 30 prims, couldn’t be helped. I had to cut a lot of prims as it is.
Included are some freebie furnishings and sample cargo containers to get you started.
Sit on the pilot's seat to be able to fly, click on one of the side pods to sit in there, anywhere else to sit on the bench. Each of the two pods on the side of the ship have a sit script built in so you can sit there in gunner's position during flight. The bench inside the neck of the Firefly allows several people to sit.
The engine in the back glows and rotates during flight. The side VTOL engines rotate along the vector of flight. The ship uses a very low resource physical flight script and super low resources when landed.
A scene rezzer is built into a panel in the neck of the Firefly. It can also be accessed by the outisde symbol on the neck of the ship. Up to 11 scenes can be programmed into the menu of the rezzer. We tried to make it simple to use while maximizing flexibility of use.
Objects have to be mod so you can drop the "Rezzer Child" script inside and copy so the rezzer can rez it. Only the object has to be mod so you can drop the script in it, but script in the object can be no-mod. But all script and contents and the object has to be copy perm.
1. Arrange the objects (should be copy mod) in and around the firefly as you want them to be.
2. Place the child script (named "Rezzer Child") into each object (object, not prim).
3. Take each item individually (not as a group) back into your inventory.
4. Put the individual object from your inventory into the contents of the rezzer panel prim.
5. Edit the notecard in the contents of the rezzer panel prim:
a. *<name of scene for menu>
b. name of objects in that scene.

6. Repeat for each scene.
Orrrr, ust look in the Configuration notecard in the rezzer prim to see,
Access to pilot the ship, open the doors or use the rezzer can be use to Owner, Group or Public. Only the Owner can change that setting. Once you add somthing to the rezzer, the permission resets to Owner.
Note: Identical objects in different positions need to be saved separately and under a different name. Identical objects in identical positions DO NOT need to be saved separately or use a different name.
Scenes may be derezzed by selecting "End" from the option menu in the Rezzer. Alternately upon takeoff, the scene is automatically deleted. When you land and the pilot stands, the last scene will be automatically rerezzed.
We purposely made it flexible so that you can make this YOUR FIREFLY. The only thing better that seeing a hundred of our fireflies out there would be to see a hundred of YOUR FIREFLIES out there. We truly hope this helps make your roleplay more fun and meaningful.
This ship has been approved to be usable with the Freight Moving Game GTFO. It holds a cargo load of 10 pallets (10 Freight Units, FUs)
