Exquisitly crafted Stone and marble fireplace with scripted fire. Low prim for any lot size. Comes with Smoking Chimney for added realism. Perfect for any decor, to curl up against for a great conversation. Copy and mod except for the scripts so you can adjust to fit any size space.

Difficult to place as the movement arrows are far up the length of the unusually long chimney.
Unable to mod to rectify placement issues - definitely not modiifiable.
