Not the same image of the photo
The image on the flag has the word Spooked, with a dead fish with a face sort of like the one you see above, and a hook and worm-like the old Hooked clan had. I don't know if this says spooked because it was an old clan that may not be around anymore or what. Which would explain the dead fish. But all that really matters is that the image in the preview is not the same image on the flag.
