This is part of the new FixedBit Medical Equipment line, the nebulizer is low prim and sculpty.
The mouth pieces are copy/transfer so each person can get a new one on their visit.
Scripted for cord from mouth piece to machine, facial cringe (trust me, kids and adults hate the treatments so they cringe hehe), and there is even a little fog that comes out the back for realism.
