Place this script in any object and above it there will be text flashing back and forth between white and blue. All you need do is change the text to whatever you want it to say in the script.
You can adjust the speed of the flashes, slow it down for a blinking effect, speed it up for a strobe effect.
You can also adjust the transparency of the text.
