This house is 15x20 M and can be very easily adjusted.
The walls and pillars have 5 different textures to choose from.
The roof has 6 textures and can be opened just in case you want to build another level (floor on it).
The floor has 3 textures and is tintable in 10 steps.
The textures have an automatic resize system, that means that bricks keep the same size even when a wall is stretched out!
Most of the textures are from the library,you have those already.
The windows are tintable in 9 steps including 100% opaqueness for complete privacy and can be opened and closed as a sliding door.
Permission for the window can set to: only the owner or to everyone.
Receive also a file with a: wall, floor, window, pillar and roof to build your own structure,all parts have the scripts inside already.
All parts are copy and modify but the scripts are only copy.

This home comes without furniture.
