The item is fully modifiable except the script.
You must have the CTS Wardrobe product to make use of this product, although if you have some other reason to create folders in #RLV this will work for it as well.

thank you so much, this helps tremendously. my only wish is that it would just give me all the folders instead of having me 'accept' each one. this could be a SL setting i need to adjust though.

I tried this and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out why the subfolders do not show up in wardrobe... I'm not sure, but I think it has something to do with the folders created wind up duplicating names with other items already in Wardrobe and causing wardrobe functions to fail... :(
