Free Particle Script Pack by Drake Faudeburgh 2018

You may use these scripts to apply your particle FX to your own objects.
You may use these scripts to make your own products that you may sell.
You may give these scripts out as freebies.
As-Is with no script support.

Here are some examples of what you can do with the provided scripts.

Example 1: Creating a Collision Effect (an avatar or object collides with your object and you want an effect to burst)
Create an object and drop the CollisionFX script into the root prim.
Find a full perm particle effect in your inventory (or get one at Particle Station or Animation Station) and copy the particle code out of it, then paste the code inside of the CollisionFX script where it instructs you to.
Save the script.
Now your object is ready to burst your chosen particle effect when a collision occurs.

Example 2: Creating an object that can be touched to toggle the particle effect on/off.
Create an object and drop the TouchFX script into any prim (root or child is ok).
Find a full perm particle effect in your inventory (or get one at Particle Station or Animation Station) and copy the particle code out of it, then paste the code inside of the TouchFX script where it instructs you to.
Save the script.
Now your object is ready to toggle your chosen particle effect on/off when you touch it (mouse click).

Example 3: Creating an object that you can chat commands to and trigger your particle effect.
Create an object and drop the ChatFX script into any prim (root or child is ok).
Find a full perm particle effect in your inventory (or get one at Particle Station or Animation Station) and copy the particle code out of it, then paste the code inside of the ChatFX script where it instructs you to.
Look lower down the script and there are more instructions for changing the chat commands to your own.
Save the script.
Now your object is ready to listen for your commands to turn your chosen particle effect on/off.

Example 4: Creating an object that makes effects from your avatar hands when you type (chat).
Create an object and drop the TypingFX script into the root prim.
Find a full perm particle effect in your inventory (or get one at Particle Station or Animation Station) and copy the particle code out of it, then paste the code inside of the ChatFX script where it instructs you to.
Look lower down the script and there are more instructions for changing all of the possible effects for typing (animation, sound, particle, glow, color...).
Save the script.
Take the object to your inventory.
Wear the object anywhere on your avatar (usually best on the hands - duplicate and wear 1 on each hand).
Now your object is ready to make FX when you type.

There is also a BasicFX script provided that simply makes the particles burst while the script is running.

Here is how to use the Easy FX Code Reader scripts:

Just drop an Easy FX Code note card in the prim with one of the provided scripts and you will have instant control of that particle effect!

Example (Touch FX):
1. Drag and drop the 'Easy FX Code Reader - Touch FX' script into your object.
2. Drag and drop any 'Easy FX Code - ' note card into your object with the above script.
3. Touch the object to toggle the particle effect on and off.

Where do I get an 'Easy FX Code - ' note card?
- Buy any particle effect from Particle Station or create your own code on a Particle Station gadget.
