Being able to easily play chess anywhere I go (within rez limits of course) is a great thing! Thanks for allowing me to play opponents as easily in the virtual domain as in the real world. Actually, I take that back. Its easier. :D
Five stars for it being a freebie, and a very well designed one.
In defense of the people rating it with one star, they are right that it takes up a LOT of prims. The prim amount given in this listing is just the amount that the BOARD takes up, with both chairs and no pieces. The pieces seem to have five or six prims each, making them nicely detailed but unlikely to fit on most land parcels. It's a shame because I was very interested in it but my 768m lot just can't handle the piece rez, and the local sandbox seems to mistake the pieces quickly rezzing as a griefer weapon and autoreturns everything, so I can't play it there either.
Still, a VERY nice board for a freebie and excellent if you have the parcel to handle it.
First of all i like to say thanks. Second, the review of the ones having his/hers furniture disappear, you obviously crossed your prim limit. Third to the other review, the info is there .. 78 prims, you knew it before you got it - don't complain after. And fourth, its completely full perm, if you want to to get the pieces gone - learn scripting and do it yourself. It's a freebie, and a good one - It disapoints me when people rate it 1 when it doesn't match their needs, go pay 2000-3000L for one then.
Its a freebie, its a good freebie, definatly worth getting if you have enough prims - or go play in a sandbox.
I've rezzed this thing twice and each time I do my two different roommates furniture just completely vanishes into thin air, no lost and found, nothing. Just got. I've deleted this thing and will never rezz it again.
Ok two major problems... it's all prims... very heavy on them in fact... the other issue is there is no way to put the pieces back into the table after they are rezed, so if you want to put it back into your inventory to save on prims you have to link each piece and chairs to the table or delete them separately... was very annoying
