I've tried everything and cannot get it to work.
I'm updating this review as the seller has been harassing me in-world with hateful IMs because I left a negative review. My original review was:
"I spent several hours trying to get this box to work. For whatever reason, it does not work for the intended purpose of placing a gift inside to give to someone. I used a gift giver script that works perfectly fine with all of my other gift boxes - I even purchased a gift giver script separately to use with this box and I still couldn't get it to work."
Their response was:
"This individual consistently demonstrates a personal inability to discern fairly and instead adopts a maliciously negative perspective, which is reflected by repeated abuse of the review system. She left negative reviews on all her purchases, even when most products receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from other buyers. This pattern extends to many other sellers, making such comments impossible to take seriously. To clarify, this product does not contain any scripts whatsoever—it is a simple mesh box with nothing that could interfere with script functionality. Please ignore."
It is clear that this seller believes they are entitled to 5-star reviews for faulty products and poor customer service. Sorry Meli, but you're not getting that from me. I will continue to report honestly my experience with any products I purchase on MP - this is an opportunity for YOU to do better, not to attack and harass your customers. Very disappointed in the seller and will not purchase from again.

Textures are really good quality and there is a plain version of the textures included which is really nice. The mesh is very high quality too and they look great under my christmas tree. Thanks so much for the great customer support!
