Full Perm Bartender Script Version 1

This script comes as Full perm, Simply drop it into your bartender so the user will get a menu, it also allows for animations that the bartender will scroll through determined on admin commands. The bartender will listen on a specified channel in order to get the animations and the menu is detected on llDetectedKey(0) The script has been set up for easy management and every list is predefined for easy use
