Brilliant!
Two versions of this one- One high LOD and one low.
Digital design for computer games is a bit tricky. You have to make compromises all the time about high LOD or low LOD. To save prims you use low LOD in the object. If you can not see the object with low LOD you simply just go to your viewer and open Preferences --> Graphics --> LOD --> Set LOD to 4 = problem solved for all low LOD items in SecondLife.
It's all up to you.
And if your friends or customers don't know this and complain, it's your job as a friend/seller to teach your friends/customers about the choice to make. It's all up to you in the end. Save prims/Land impact or not save prims/Land impact.
Beware The Prims
I have to put this review just to help others incase they are fooled the same way I was.
The phone states 1 prim. Youll see there's a demo... which actually is 17 prims which isn't called out so I didn't realize but I was happy with the overall look so I purchased.
When I brought the actual phone I see theres 2 versions one is 17 prims... the other is caleld "low prim" which is the 1 prim that is stated in the product page. If you want a 1 prim phone, do not think it will look like the demo, it will not.
Here is what you'll get - a very low lod phone. https://prnt.sc/ondC9YCIawJy (yup that little triangle is the phone)
Ofcourse, you can use the 17 prim mobile included but for me, that is too much prims and not even something that was called out in the page.
I have IM'd the owner to give them the benefit of the doubt in terms of a refund, but as of yet I've heard nothing.
