Too Short
The model is well made. Nice included textures. Nicely unwrapped UV islands making it easy to texture... but... I found it hard to find any of my own pants that didn't turn this into a crop top. I believe this was explicity designed to go with the pants the maker sells. If you are a reseller, definitely provide demos to customers so they aren't surprised or consider buying the pack that has the pants to go with this. I bought mine just for an outfit for myself and I managed to make it work, but it's not going to work well with many things.
