Know what you are doing.
The bag looks good, but it's a whole mesh. The straps aren't indepedently resizable so it is near impossible to have a good looking bag and fit straps properly. That said, maybe if you combine two if this, make texture for bag invisible on one mesh, and strap invisible on the other you can get something believable.
It's nice but not for aesthetic
It is difficult to adjust to the body of Aesthetic, and it does not end up looking good. They should clarify what bodies it is intended for. The appearance is quite good.
