Perfect for any stationary purpose!
These pillows are certainly at a quality standard much higher than most I've ever seen and I recommend this for just about anything, though if you need this for any project that requires the pillow to be held by your avatar, you are going to need to be able to edit textures outside of SL, because the underside of the pillow's face is much more stretched vertically. Since the entire sculpt is one face, trying to make the underside look good means high repeat numbers on the topside. In other words, you won't be able to use a seamless texture from your inventory if you want something that is consistent on all sides. You'll have to create a custom texture that accommodates this (as with many sculpts in general).
Again, though, that is only for the rare circumstance that you need the pillow to show its underside. If you're using these pillows for furniture or similar uses, you'll be able to use just about any texture you want without any editing. If you plan to use the textures it comes with, those are already absolutely perfect! These are the best pillows you're going to find and the price is generously low!
