This is the wearable mesh shirt with front and back patches. You can drag any texture you wish or you can leave it transparent if you want plain t-shirt without patches.
Rigged T-shirt with patches comes with textures with shape and mask.
T-Shirt with slideshow patch has slideshow effect script (script is copy/transfer only), drop your textures into content it will play multi effect slideshow (view video).

Neck line, arm hems, bottom hem part and patches are separate faces. These can have different textures and texture attributes (shine, color etc.)

UV map is a guide map to help you create your own textures. It doesn't work like sculpt maps. With new Second Life mesh system there is no more using sculpt maps. You buy models directly.
