NOT RIGGED!
This clearly said rigged in the ad description title which is the only reason I bought it because I need a rigged bowler hat.
This is not a rigged hat.
I will contact Meli about this but beware that this hat is NOT rigged.
I gave it two star bc it is ok for a non rigged hat.
