Perfectly rigged, and as per description/name "for busty"!
For all " well versed in mesh " others out there: that " undulating quality" comes with body movement like it should, being rigged, the alternative would be the bottom part sinking into the body.
*UPDATED* Nice concept & texturing...
.. poorly rigged. The jacket has an undulating quality to it, the top r breast rolling into the lower shoulder area. The bottom banding stretches way too much almost unevenly quadrupling the band height in many movements. If this was re-rigged again correctly it would be an excellent piece. ** Creator refunded my money. TY. However, while I appreciate good CS (added 1 more star for this), his reasoning in how this product functions (for busty figures and to use his shapes) is incorrect and also not mentioned in his product description. I am well versed in mesh and it's limitations and foibles, so I stand by my opinion this needs to be re-rigged. One should not feel seasick watching your own avie in normal modeling animations.
