NOT FULL PERMISSION
Hi, I just bought this because it said FULL permissions. In the description it says copy/mod/transfer but you cannot actually transfer the plates so they don't really help to "add" to our own builds or sell them with the build as the description says. While 98L is not a lot, I would like my money back or a FULL permission set like the add claims. Thx.
