A fully functional bulletin board, mesh, comes in 3 pre-made designs that can be changed by owner at any time.

Press anywhere on the face number 2 to rez a sticky, once rezzed it will ask the toucher what type of sticky they want to use and whether they want it to be public or private.
To remove a sticky all one has to do is click, hold and move mouse away from the board.

If the frame is clicked by the owner the owner will get a menu that will allow them to set access.

Access: Only the owner can use this when clicking any other face other then the sticky spawner one, part of the menu.
-Public: Anyone can post stickies
-Group: Only people in the same group that the board is rezzed with will be able to post stickies
-Owner Only: Only the owner can post stickies.

Types of Stickies:
-Comment/To-Do Lists/Answer/Question: Allows toucher to post a text message that'll be said in local when pressed, the only difference between the stickies is the texture that'll show up on them when selected the type.
-Picture: Allows the poster to enter the UUID of any texture, image photo ect. in and will show up as the texture of the sticky, when pressed the image will enlarge for a short time before returning to original size.
-Sound: Allows the poster to enter the UUID of any sound and will be played when touched.
-Giver: This will allow the poster to throw ONE object into the inventory of the sticky and then will allow anyone who touches it to give the inventory object to the next toucher.

Sticky Privacy: Once a sticky is rezzed the toucher will be allowed to restrict who can see the sticky's message to either public (anyone can see it) or private in which only the owner and toucher can see the message.

Only the poster and owner can remove stickies, so other people can't remove your stickies, only you and or the owner.
