I have never been more impressed with customer service on SL. Shen is absolutely amazing! I went to his sim to see what new products he had and I noticed some were not out on display so I messaged him asking if he could show me. He came to my sim and rezzed them out and he was very kind and patient and most certainly enthusiastic about his products. I have quite a few products from him already and I am absolutely amazed with the detail he puts in his textures as well as the his seasonal features. I love landscaping on SL and with his products I am able to build some spectacular places. I am truly gratified when people come to my sims complimenting me on my wonderful jobs.
