Paint Kit for Shergood's EC-135 in Fall Reds.

This is a paint set for Shergood’s EC-135 VIP. This is paint only. The helicopter and pilot are not included. You must own a Shergood brand EC-135 for the paint kit to work. This product may not work if Gifted. I have not tested whether it will or won’t. The paint kit and copter owner must be the same person.

The item is Copy-OK, No-Mod, and No-Transfer. It uses my proprietary paint applier. You CANNOT drop a Shergood “*config-override” notecard in to change the tail number position as is possible with my other kits. However, you can use the Shergood kits to move and change the color of the numbers. Then use this applier. It does not change the ID number or position.

This paint set changes a number of diffuse textures and the specular/glossy maps and settings.

This kit has one HUD, which uses my paint applier system. Instructions are below.

The HUD provides 2 different but similar main body paint schemes, 3 main and tail rotor colors, 7 landing skid colors repeated in matt and glossy.

Two scripts are included; NU-PaintRcv v4.02 and NU-KillPaintRcv v4.02. The first is the receiver that connects the HUD to the copter. The second removes the receiver script and itself.

The paint kit is an APPLIER. The textures are coded into the applier-script. Meaning no texture files are included. Resetting the script will NOT break it. If you do manage to break the script, crying, begging, or sending money MAY get you a redelivery. Make a backup.

COLOR: I call it: Wine-Fall.

The color scheme uses materials. It displays best with the viewer’s ALM enabled. Black Dragon users may find it overly glossy. I test in Firestorm.

This paint kit includes 1 HUD and 2 scripts. The HUD attaches to the lower-left corner. You can change the attachment point. The HUD can be moved to wherever you prefer or rezzed on the ground (not recommended).

FUSELAGE & ROTOR Paint
1 Rez the EC135 VIP Helicopter
2 Wear or add the HUD: EC-135 Fuselage & Rotor HUD
3 Find the script "NU-PaintRcv v4.xx" in inventory
4 Drop the script on the helicopter
5 Wait for the script to say it is ready in local chat.
6 Click the buttons on the HUD to select the colors you want.
7 When done. find the script " NU-KillPaintRcv v5.xx"
8 Drop it on the heli to remove the Paint Receiver script
9 Take a copy of the heli into Inventory to save the colors.

Done - you can detach the HUD

The HUD and scripts are COPY-OK and can be used as many times as you want.

This kit has been tested with the Shergood EC-135 VIP v1.0. I expect it to work with all the Shergood EC-135 models. But I have not tested the kit with other models.
