Fuuton Rasenshuriken Box Versión 0.8

I know that this is supposed to be the "really good" rasenshuriken, but to me, its not.
1. It wont turn into a rasenshuriken. it is just a rasengan.
2. it dosent actually do anything. it just bugs out when i go to someone with it in my hand
3. 99% of the time, the "rasenganshuriken 0.8" bugs out and gets deleted from my character.
4. this has TONS of potential, but either it DOSENT or i just dont know how to use this.
Please fix this and, do yourself a favor, get some instructions.
If anyone knows how to use this, please tell me. thanks.
