Sign says 3 floors yet theres only ground floor, 2nd floor and roof.
Not very many rooms and no regular exam table to use.

It's furnished, so ready for RP. I slowly change out of the furniture to more scifi stuff, but it's fun to play in already with the default furnishings.

I am very impressed with this build and setup . It comes with so much great setup and decore and the build is VERY useful for so much stuff . As well as a floor u can easily add on or keep as a fake floor . There is tons of potential . And it is mod so u can even make it much taller and add as many floors as u want . Make it deeper or wider to add more . as it was built mod friendly . Great work keep it up.
