buying cute skins for femboys ( or just plain cute men) is hard so when you come across a skin like this that looks like it could be both you have to rely on the maker telling you if its male or female if they show only the face, so the only goo thing is the maker has this skin as a demo witch saved a lot of money, it just seems scamming to me showing only the face and not telling if it has boobs or not +2 for being cute -3 for the maker leaving out its a girl skin
