It pains me to do this because Graves is one of my favorite stores, but I am thoroughly disappointed with this product. It is advertised as having omega appliers, but what it does NOT say is that there is NO APPLIER for the dress itself, only for the accessories. I tried to contact the creator multiple times, and while it's never been an issue in the past, this time I never received a reply. This is an expensive item .. and I expect "Graves" quality with it the same as any other product I buy from here. I love this dress .. but I'm sorry, I have to give the service and this item a mere 3 stars. I will modify this review if the creator ever resolves the issue by sending me a fully compatible Omega applier for this outfit. For those reading these .. please please PLEASE .. do not let this one review turn you away from Graves. The rest of their products are absolutely awesome, and service usually is as well. I don't know what went wrong this time, and I really do hope they'll get back to me .. some day.
