This model of a shotgun house was influenced by houses in New Orleans as well as some in Secondlife in New Toulouse over the years. Its footprint is small enough that you still have room for a garden on a 512k parcel.

This is a beautiful Shotgun House with Victorian flair; perfect for my 512 parcel on Shotgun Row in New Toulouse! It is a little prim heavy, but has nice textures and is completely modifiable (make a copy first). Great job, Marie!
