The old brick and wood-based factory - originally from the swamps of SL's New Toulouse - features a tin roof which is transparent from the inside covered in vines on the outside If you want an old build in a place with a lot of land, this offers a nice view.
The brick oven is a work of art in itself and is offered exclusively with this build, and features a fun surprise.
