Poor/Lacking information and poor customer service.
At the time of this review, the item stated absolutely nowhere, neither on the product page, image, name or in any sort of documentation in the purchase folder that this is a texture mod for an item not included with the kemono avatar. When contacted on the issue, the merchant simply said they'd include a notecard and tried to justify the lack of information. Would not buy anything from this merchant again.
