GullsWing Sailing Club has developed its newest sim in keeping with a Maine fishing village. This is a wonderful place to live.
This two story structure includes an enclosed slip ample exterior space to display colorful fish pot buoys and stacks of pots, and an exterior staircase to access the large studio residence above. With period wainscoting and wall finishes, this home has been furnished for the fisherman/sailor resident. Beer not included. As detailed 230 prim build with a net of 77 unused prims for resident's fishing poles, reels, ice chest, and a boat or two.
