GullsWing Sailing Club has developed its newest sim in keeping with a Maine fishing village. This is a wonderful place to live.
This two story, unfurnished build includes and easily accessed enclosed boat slip, and extra exteriors slip, and a lovely second floor two room suite with pastel plastered walls. A lovely balconey has sea views to the south. This 200 prim build has 133 free prims for the resident's furnishings and boat(s).
This is a rental on a developed sailing sim that forms part of GullsWing Sailing Club. We have a range of membership options and the partners are always happy to give a tour. Please contact
