Hi, The earrings have a HUD to change color of 2 parts, Necklace doesn't but there is what you can do!
1. Make a copy of the necklace and earrings.
2. Rez the earrings and move the scripts from the earrings into your inventory.
3. Rez the necklace and drop the scripts into it.
Done.
Now you have a fully functional necklace that works with both Earrings and Necklace and it also changes two parts on the necklace. ^^

If you "edit linked parts" then the following parts will be affected by the HUD:
Parts named as "kolo" will change with the upper button.
Part that named "kulka" will change with the bottom button.
