This set includes 10 Lipsticks, 1 Eye Shadow and 10 Combos of both.
May work on some Bake on Mesh heads. I have not tested this, but you can try very cheaply!

I have three of the combination make-up kits and I love them. I just wish more creators would do the one layer makeup combos, cuz not everyone uses viewers that support multiple layers. I'd love to see combination eyes with one lipstick. I have 30 lipsticks but they're all the same colors and 3 of the shadows...lol Overall great job, I absolutely love my how it looks on my avatar. ty
