On the bright side, the creator is honest. This is nothing more than a texture on a prim. Unfortunately, I was being lazy and they were being lazy and I paid a poultry 9L for my laziness and had to build what I wanted in the end anyway.
If you don't mind a textured prim that you will need to play with, and don't mind not being able to give it transparency because, well it is a texture on a prim and the framing will be just as transparent as...well, you get it. Then this may be okay for you.
However, if you are looking for a high-end polished look, Nothing to see here, move on.
