House is fully linked, go into build select build tool then edit tool then rez and position where you want on your land.
The fireplace is set to owner and group and will light up when an avatar is about 10 m away. manual included and smoke comes out chimney.
The windows are texture change by touch had some issues while linked worked through it I found if there is an issue with them just unlink the windows glass from the build after you set where you want.
Build is copy and modify NO TRANSFER so if you want to change anything your free to do so. 133 PRIMS 35x35

i buy this and yeah its soooooooo pretty, and amazing goth for 0L.
but too small.. and i want put another room.. but the form of house i cant..
and if try to "mod" walls all house broken.
i wich its more easy to mod..
