Graham - House

I saw this house on a picture and decided to build it in SL as accurately as possible. The original one is mainly built with concrete and aluminium with big windows.
Its footprint in SL is 40.0 x 22.50 m
Like in RL, the house is a 4 story one.
At the ground floor, there is a huge hall, a big lounge with a fireplace, an open kitchen (with a counter) over which a floor can be used as an entertainment area.
At the 3rd floor, a vast room with an access to a terrace.
At the top floor, there is a bedroom with what can be a bathroom en suite.
This house is sold full perm so you may change or use any part of it.
