Full perm mesh staircase, size is 18.4 x 6.3 x 9.5 (so pretty big), comes with AO and UV maps as well as SL texture faces. This item is linked mesh.

The item(s) can be textured using SL texture faces however using the UV/AO maps will give better results.

It's a little daunting at first when you go to resize it, until you discover that it's not one big piece. A little building experience helps if you need to get it to fit a different-sized space, but once you see how it goes together it's straightforward.
And with the AO files and UV maps it's easy to decorate, with a LOT of different faces. You can just tint it - the shading makes even plain colours look good - or go to town with detailed textures.
All in all, excellent value for your lindens.
