This is the first time that I have remastered a build from the past with all new textures and PBR materials for its second turn at bat. This improved Victorian Mansion offers you a large wrap around porch and 15 spacious rooms and hallways.
As an added bonus all but the dinning room windows open for your pleasure.

The house itself only uses 1429 prim.
Its dimensions are as follows:
Width - 47.8 M
Height - 23.5 M
Depth - 43 M
