A classic Victorian silk top hat all decorated for Independence Day! With red & white stripes, plus white stars on a blue band, this elegant stovepipe hat glimmers with holiday spirit! And on the side, like 4th of July fireworks, sits a ribbon rosette with a spray of feathers.

The hat is resizable by script, and the non-demo version is fully modifiable. You can unlink the rosette and tint the feathers via the edit panel.
