A mesh terrain with a small lump in the center meant for outdoor furniture. Plenty of space to place all sorts of trees, brush, and flowers. A home can fit in a few places also~
Seems High in Land impact at first but the detail in the physics makes it worth it.
Fully modifiable so you can add your own water if you wish, or if you truly want, put a different texture on the land.
The maximum size it can stretch to is about 64m by 64m.

Good quality
Good Quality for the price, although I wasn't able to use it in my current scene. it contains 32 prims and starts out at about 2 meters in size, and you can scale it up to however large you need (i didn't stretch it to see how far it would go, but i'm thinking it's probably 64m.)
Maybe it will be good for my next scene not involving a beach.
