Hard to tell if its worth the effort...

+ it is nearly free
+ it is looking nice (i personally sorta like the look)
+ it is full perm, so you can mod everything if you want (and if you know how to do)

- Landimpact is 188 - i think, this is very much for such a small house with just one room
- you need to arrange it yourself together; it comes in 8 groups (base, walls, roof, door1, door2 ...)
- it comes with 3 textures (i guess they are suggested optionally for inner walls/floor), but...
- ... i missed a notecard or information here in description

So what to rate this? Honestly I dont know. Yes, its free, however you need to know how to primbuild for using this house - but if you know, then you probably better build one with lower land impact. Otoh, it might save you some time. If you are new to prim build, then this house might teach you about how to stretch textures on prims.

For me it is pointless, primarily because of the way to high landimpact. Plus not told a single word but "nearly free" in description. So i rate only 2 stars out of 5. Maybe it is useful for you? You might rate it higher then.
