This is a simple lean-to-conservatory that attaches to a building. It is larger than the lean-to-green house. It is 100% mesh and 8 Land impact. Since it is copy permissions, you can rez another copy and turn it 180 degrees and push it up against the original to make a stand-alone version. (See the photos)
Make sure that after you rez the building, you click save, which will remove the scripts, reducing the land impact.
Simply place it on your land and press Rez. It is copy, mod, so if you wish to change things, feel free. Make a note someplace of the original position and orientation of the rez box. You can always put the box back and rez a new copy if you change something and want to restore the building to the original position.

This is more 2D than I thought, the door does not have a handle but is flat textured. I can live with that, but since this is mod, I was going to apply a red brick texture instead of stone. Under one window, the texture suddenly change, so the brick does not go horisontal, but turn ninety degrees and go vertically. It is no way to change it by texture repeat, rotation or other ways. It is ok if you don't plan to do change textures on it, and does not care that it's not so detailed as newer mesh.

I had been back and forth on buying this little gem for about a week. I have a "townhouse", on the end and my struggle was, "could i live with the door being in the back". I took a chance, bought it. Took another chance and IMed Soho, asking if and how much it would cost to have a custom edit with the door on the opposite side. BAM. Delivered with a smile and even took the time to do so offline.

If you are looking for a small greenhouse or conservatory this is the one to get. Details and textures are perfect, and two together make a wonderful stand alone building. I LOVE IT. Kudos to this builder for such a great product!
